Who lives in Shropshire?

Hi, Bryony here again! I'm out and about in Shropshire, trying to meet the people so I can find out who lives here and what they are like.
Shropshire people are very proud of their history and are very supportive of local industry, particularly their local food. The Ludlow Marches Food and Drink Festival takes place each year and celebrates all the wonderful foods produced by the people of Shropshire. Ludlow itself is a culinary marvel as it is second only to London in the amount of Michelin stars its restaurants have (stars are awarded for excellence).
